Director Faith Kitchen
Joanne Bleecker has had a diverse career with a core background in software development followed by operational management.
She has worked in startups to midsize firms to large global corporations. Her experience includes senior leadership positions in both IT as CIO and in general business and operational management as SVP Operations & HR.
Her passion though has been in social services and she has over the years, held part-time positions as Life Skills Counselor at Wehrlen House, a group home for mentally challenged adults, as Resident Weekend Manager at Spring House, a homeless shelter for women and children and as Program Associate at Bancroft Neurohealth, a living facility for adults with either mental challenges or brain injuries.

Worked in the pharmaceutical industry for AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals and Aventis Pharmaceuticals, leading worldwide drug development efforts.
Currently President of ClinTarget, LLC, a consulting company for the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries.
Member of Grace Lutheran Church, Mendham, NJ and Financial Secretary there. Member of the Board of Directors of Faith Kitchen, Dover, NJ.
National SIU strategist for The Hanover Insurance Group.
Chairperson of the Massachusetts Insurance Fraud Bureau Board of Governors and an appointed member of the NJ Insurance Commissioners Fraud Advisory Board. Co-chair of the National Coalition Against Insurance Fraud in Washington, D.C., and serves on the Executive Board of that organization, chairing the Public Information Committee.
He is a member of the ISO National Insurance Fraud Managers Advisory Panel and a director and treasurer of the New England Anti-Fraud Association. He is a past chairperson of the NY Alliance Against Insurance Fraud (NYAAIF) and is a current member of the executive committee chairing the Public Information Committee of NYAAIF.
Frank is a founding director of the Paul R. Nardoni Foundation, a cancer charity providing care and comfort to victims of cancer and their families and is a member of Zion Lutheran Church in Oldwick, NJ.
Worked in education for over forty years as both a teacher and an administrator, retiring in 2007.
He is a member of St. Matthew the Apostle Roman Catholic church, Randolph, NJ.
He has been a Eucharistic minister for over twenty years. He and his wife are the coordinators and trainers for the Eucharistic ministered at St. Matthews.
He has cooked for the Faith Kitchen for ten years and in June 2012 joined the board of directors.

On the Mission Committee, the Prayer Shawl Ministry & a participant in the Joyful Journey Bible Study Group at her home church of Succasunna United Methodist Church.

Spent the bulk of his career as a higher ed. administrator in enrollment management at New Jersey Institute of Technology and Beaver College (now Arcadia University) receiving tenure at both institutions.
He founded The Education Agenda and provided consulting and training services to colleges/universities, libraries and public education systems.
He has been an active volunteer in Faith Kitchen (on Board of Directors), Edna’s Resource Center (on advisory board), and a variety of other Trinity outreach efforts. Neil and his wife, have traveled on numerous mission trips including ones to Croatia, West Virginia, and Wilkes Barre, PA and is a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, Dover, NJ and currently serves on its Council.

Worked in systems automation on Wall Street for 40 years before retiring in 2014. After working for Lehman Brothers, ADP and the Security Industries Automation Corporation (SIAC), she joined Pershing and Company and worked there for 30 years. Her career included coordination of testing at Pershing for the street wide Y2K conversion effort. By the time she retired as a Vice President, the firm had been acquired and become the Pershing Division of Bank of New York Mellon.
Mary herself volunteered and also served as volunteer coordinator for the Church of the Redeemer at the Community Soup Kitchen in Morristown for several years before joining St. Peter’s Church (Episcopal) Mountain Lakes and volunteering for the Faith Kitchen. Mary is a member of the Vestry and head of the Faith Kitchen Ministry at St. Peter’s.

She is an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Languages & ESL at the County College of Morris.
Active member of The Church of the Saviour (Episcopal) in Denville, NJ since 1993.
Currently the Faith Kitchen Coordinator for her parish and has participated in the Faith Kitchen ministry since 2006.
She frequently joins other volunteers in the daily meal preparation and service for Faith Kitchen at Trinity Church in Dover.
Ordained in the ELCA and has served for 35 years and is currently serving at Trinity Lutheran Church in Dover, NJ.
Was the founder of the Faith Kitchen 30 years ago and served as chairperson of the board for many years and has often made and served meals for Faith Kitchen.
Also serves on the Board of the Mental Health Association of Morris County and on the Chaplaincy Board of the Morris County Correctional Facility and on the local clergy council.
